Practices for Wranglers are
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30! This is the schedule for our 14U Level 2.1 Wranglers team for the duration of the season. Please note that there is no practice August 28th-Sep 7th.

(Due no later than August 5th)
- Standard Tuition: $160
Crossover Athletes: If you are currently on a Senior team and transitioning to the Wranglers, your total for July is only $50 (as you’ve already fulfilled your primary tuition).
Paying in full is always an option. By settling the full season amount upfront, you will receive a $100 discount. This discount applies only if payment is made in full by August or September.

WRANGLERS COMPETITION SCHEDULE
UNIFORM PAYMENT INFORMATION
August marks the official start of our competitive season, which means it is time to get our uniforms into production so they arrive before our first competition on October 25th!
Because production takes 8 weeks plus 2 weeks for shipping, our timeline is very tight. Fortunately, our uniform company is allowing us to split the payment: 50% down to start production, and the remaining 50% due 30 days later on September 5th. They do not always allow this but I have a working relationship with this company and I am in good standing so they are doing this favor for us.
Key Dates and Payment Deadline: August 5th
To guarantee uniforms arrive a week before our first competition, the down payment for each uniform must be received by Wednesday, August 5th.
Why the firm deadline? We unfortunately cannot extend this date. Any delay risks us not having uniforms ready for our first competition, and we want to make sure everyone is ready to take the mat.
Reminder: Monthly tuition is also due by August 5th.
Ideas to Help Raise Uniform Funds
If you are looking for ways to cover uniform costs (especially for crossover athletes), here are a few options:
Rogue Valley Discount Cards / Donations: Have your athlete go door-to-door with a teammate or parent to sell discount cards or simply ask for donations to support their season.
Business Sponsorships: Reach out to family, friends, or local business owners. Sponsorships cover uniform costs, and in return, businesses receive advertising from us!
Social Media (“Fill My Uniform” Template): Share the template on your social accounts—it is a great way for long-distance family and friends to contribute.
Existing Account Credits: If you have already raised money through prior fundraisers (like the bread fundraiser) or sponsorships, those funds can be applied directly toward your uniform total!
Need extra fundraising ideas? Trisha is our fundraising director and expert! If you need tailored ideas or guidance on how to bring in funds for your athlete, please reach out to her—she specifically asked me to include this because she genuinely wants to help everyone succeed!

Uniform Cost and Down Payment Breakdown
Here is what is due for the uniform down payment on August 5th (and the total uniform cost for reference):
Wranglers: Total $230 -> $115 due Aug 5 (Remaining $115 due Sept 5)
Gunslingers: Total $270 -> $135 due Aug 5 (Remaining $135 due Sept 5)
Fugitives: Total $245 -> $122 due Aug 5 (Remaining $123 due Sept 5)
Renegades: Total $270 -> $135 due Aug 5 (Remaining $135 due Sept 5)
Regarding Wranglers uniform- Because we are using the same uniform from last season, there may be a discounted option to purchase a used uniform from a former wranglers athlete. We should know what uniforms / size we have available in the next few days.
