Pre-Season is Rogue’s non competitive season. It begins in March and ends in late May.

Beginner Conditioning Tues/Thurs 4:00-4:45
Rogue is offering a cheer conditioning class for our athletes 2nd-5th grade every Tuesday & Thursday. Class focus will be on improving jumps, flexibility, endurance and strength. The goal is to prepare our athletes for high intensity routines come competition season.
Beginner STUNT Mon/Wed 4:00-5:00
Come stunt with us in the pre-season! Rogue is offering this class for athletes 2nd grade and up.Class focus will be growing solid stunting fundamentals and technique, body awareness, coachability, stunting strength and flyer flexibility.
Int & Adv Conditioning Tues/Thurs 5:00-6:30
Rogue is offering this cheer conditioning class for our athletes who are 6th-12th grade. Class focus will be on obtaining level and hyperextended jumps, improving flexibility, endurance and strength training in order to prepare our athletes for high intensity competitive routines when we reach competition season.
Int & Adv STUNT Mond/Wed 5:00-6:30
Rogue is offering a stunt class for athletes who are working to reach advanced and elite level stunting goals.***Requirements for this class is the ability to execute a straight up extension to cradle and a straight up lib. If an athlete performed these skills in their 22-23 Rogue competition routine, they will automatically be placed in the int/adv class. Athletes who have not yet reached these skills will be placed in the beginner stunt class with opportunity to move to int/adv within the pre-season once these stunt skills are strong and consistent.
4-6 year old Fundamentals 4:00-5:00 on Monday
starting March 13th
Come learn the fundamentals of cheerleading every Monday with us! We will be teaching motions, stunting basics, dance technique, cheer jumps, tumbling drills, playing games and more! This class is specifically for 4, 5 and 6 year olds. No experience necessary! Sign up here!
2nd Grade and up Fundamentals Class 4:00-5:00 on Tuesdays

Are you new to Rogue? New to cheerleading and you are wanting to see what it’s all about? Come join our fundamentals class every Tuesday! It’s currently $50/mo during our pre-season session. Fundamentals class will be focused on cheer motions, jumps, dance technique and more! No experience necessary. Sign up here!
Where do we sign up for Pre-Season @ Rogue? Pre-Season at Rogue is being offered in a class style format. We are not doing a sign ups for this class. Athletes can simply drop in up to 4x a week for 2 conditioning classes and 2 stunting classes. Or they can do as little as 1 class a week. We want to keep the pre-season flexible for our athletes as summer training and competitive season require a big time commitment. These classes are offered in order to help athletes reach their goals and stay in cheer shape for the upcoming competitive season. We realize many Rogue athletes want to be in the Rogue gym year round and we are happy to facilitate that! Simply show up and upon your first class we will get you set up with a monthly payment or a punchcard.
When does Pre-Season @ Rogue begin? We will be kicking off Monday March 6th! And will be doing our classes Monday-Thursday through May. We then will switch to our Summer Training Session in early June. More details on this schedule coming soon!
Is Fundamentals class different than Pre-Season Stunting and Conditioning? Yes! Fundamentals class is offered to athletes who are new to Rogue Cheer Athletics and/or the sport of cheerleading. These classes take place 1x a week. However anyone 2nd grade and up can add on a Conditioning and/or Stunting class for an extra monthly cost. Fundamentals class alone are $50/mo. Go here to sign up!
Who will be coaching Pre-Season @ Rogue? The coaches running our conditioning classes will be Coach Becky, Coach Eryne, Coach Maisy, Coach Janece and Coach Amanda C.
When is payment due for Pre-Season @ Rogue? Upon the first class when the athlete concludes their first class. At that point we will set a plan with the parent whether they pay for one month at a time or they opt for a punchcard. Payment for 1 month of classes is due by the 1st of each month via our payment portal.
Is sibling BOGO offered in the pre-season? yes! Siblings receive a half off cost for one athlete when they both do pre-season cheer classes with Rogue.
How much does Pre-Season @ Rogue cost?

We want you to know…
- If you have a tumbling class before or after your pre-season class, you are welcome to stay at the Rogue gym and hang out until your next class begins.
- You do not have to be a current Rogue athlete to join pre-season classes. However we will need to get in touch with you in order to place you in the correct class. Please reach out here!
